Technical Talent Development Manager
**Location**: Edmonton, Canada – Hybrid (2-3 days onsite required)

Our client, a global leader in innovative software for the television industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Talent Development Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing technical talent and driving innovation across the company's Edmonton office.

What You'll Do:
– Lead, mentor, and develop Agile software teams
– Provide regular 1:1 coaching, feedback, and support for career growth
– Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enhance team performance
– Drive continuous improvement in development processes
– Partner with HR to support Talent Development programs and systems
– Create reports, dashboards, and documentation for management

What You Bring
– Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
– 4+ years of leadership experience in a technical environment
– Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
– Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
– Ability to drive results and foster innovation in a dynamic setting
– Experience with change management and process improvements

Nice to Have
– Agile Leadership or Scrum certification
– Knowledge of best practices in the software development lifecycle
